Refund policy
Our commitment to maintaining the purity and highest quality of our products means that we can only accept returns on items that are factory sealed and unopened. Items must be returned within 30 days from the date the order was shipped and must include all seals intact. Products determined to be spoiled, damaged, or defective may be returned for exchange, credit, or refund.
Please note that certain items such as refrigerated products, ProLon products, and special orders that are pre-paid cannot be returned. Similarly, we can't accept returns based on a patient’s inability to tolerate certain products or perceived ineffectiveness.
Refunds will be issued for eligible products returned with a receipt within the stipulated period.
