Directions

For best results, use the two natural powders simultaneously as follows: take Osteodoron AM in the morning and Osteodoron PM in the evening. Directions for these homeopathic remedies, age 12 and older: 1/8 teaspoon. Ages 2-11: 1/16 teaspoon. Under age 2: Consult a physician. Additionally, for healthy bone development, pregnant women should use Osteodoron AM Powder, under a doctor's care, from the fourth month through pregnancy and during breastfeeding until the child is 4 months old. Ask your doctor about giving at least one 6-week course of Osteodoron AM Powders to the 4-month-old child, more if indicated (e.g., if the child is not assimilating nourishment).
