Directions

For best results, use the two natural powders simultaneously as follows: take Osteodoron AM in the morning and Osteodoron PM in the evening. Age 12 and older: 1/8 teaspoon. Ages 2-11: 1/16 teaspoon. Under age 2: Consult a physician. Additionally, for healthy bone development, pregnant women should use Osteodoron PM Powder, under a doctor's care, from the fourth month through pregnancy and during breast-feeding until the child is 4 months old.
